Digital Sales Manager

As a Digital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships within the digital domain. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored digital solutions. Your primary goal is to increase revenue through the sale of digital products and services while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing clients and identify new business opportunities in the digital domain.
  • Understand client needs and develop tailored digital solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Present and negotiate with clients to secure contracts and boost revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Provide regular reports on sales progress and client satisfaction to management.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and proactive communication.

Business Travel: This position requires frequent travel across specified European regions.

Ideal Candidate 

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in selling digital products and services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client orientation with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Analytical skills to assess market opportunities and client needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of current digital trends and technologies.
  • Fluent in German and English, with a good understanding of either Spanish, French, or Italian.
