Manager of Business Process Integration and Digitalization

Join our forward-thinking team as the Manager of Business Process Integration and Digitalization. You will lead a dedicated team of five, driving innovation and streamlining business processes across various locations and departments. This role is pivotal in shaping our digital transformation initiatives, integrating SAP architecture, and enhancing operational efficiencies through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the professional growth of team members.
  • Coordinate the design, harmonization, and integration of business processes related to application and SAP architecture.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of harmonization and digitization projects across different project phases.
  • Liaise with various reporting units and locations, managing differing requirements and objectives.
  • Continuously develop solutions and anticipate future trends in digitization, the Internet of Things, Industry 4.0, and cloud technologies.
  • Prepare and conduct workshops, create decision-making documents, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and support new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with local and central IT, onsite departments, and international sites.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Proven leadership experience and competence in people management with a strong understanding of intercultural nuances.
  • Expertise in SAP architecture and interfaces.
  • Strong technical understanding, preferably with experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of related business processes.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach, with critical thinking skills necessary for identifying challenges and solutions.
  • Ability to drive change in a dynamic and global environment.
  • Willingness to learn and share best practices, and to continuously develop them.
  • Willingness to travel between sites as required.
  • Fluency in English.

Business Travel: This position requires readiness to travel frequently between company locations to ensure the effective implementation of projects and coordination across teams.
