Day to Day:

• Deliver services for projects ranging from a few days to several weeks.
• Areas of focus include auditing, architecture, consulting, implementation, training, advanced support, etc.
• Participate in designing solutions and drafting commercial proposals.
• Engage in the qualification and definition of client needs during pre-sales in collaboration with our sales team.
• Contribute to innovation: monitor technology trends, maintain relationships with partners, and participate in events.
• Operate within the Geneva branch, focusing on the Romandy region of Switzerland.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Expertise in the design and implementation of Microsoft Unified Communications solutions: Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with other Unified Communications solutions is an asset.
• Proficiency in administration and supervision tools for these solutions.
• Possession of one or more of the following certifications is a plus: MS-700, MS-721, MCSE Productivity.
• Experience with VoIP operator gateways (SBCs): Audiocodes, Ribbon, etc.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions.
• Experience with third-party solutions such as Attendant Console, Contact Center, Recording.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
• Strong customer service orientation, advisory skills, and interpersonal relationships.
